Calendar & Events

This would help users remember the events they need to complete each week so they are not forgotten. It would also act as a reminder to reschedule or remove any of the events that did not occur that week.

After an event hasn't been completed, lock the event to prevent completing. Time should be configurable.

Please add an options for: "Week days" when adding a reoccurring event so that Saturday and Sunday are not added check box Day options - Example "every Monday and Thursday"

When you duplicate an event, it gives the option to select what elements you want duplicated. It would be nice to have the option to select the time.

Right now you have to select one contact at a time and click back in to search for another contact to add which can be time-consuming for the users.

Add the ability to choose different colors for Event types

A lot of ppl still hand write notes in meetings bc ppl think it's rude when they are on their phone. Then the rep has to copy that over into CRM, duplicate work. Can we have a note scanner or even attach a photo of the notes?

Introduce a dedicated Event History Migration Utility that enables seamless transfer of Event logs when migrating accounts and contacts into a new CRM environment—especially critical during mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Introduce functionality within the mobile app that enables Admin users (leaders) to view the calendars of their direct reports.

it would help to have a better view when planning out schedule for the Weeks ahead in the month
