Add a "quick tip" "i" button next to each of the call visit note template options so end users can have an example of what kind of notes their team is looking for.
A lot of ppl still hand write notes in meetings bc ppl think it's rude when they are on their phone. Then the rep has to copy that over into CRM, duplicate work. Can we have a note scanner or even attach a photo of the notes?
