A client had a great recommendation to help with work flow. He would like for there to be an automatic pop up when an activity is completed to schedule a follow up to that activity.

A few clients noticed that anytime a sales person puts an apostrophe in their sales notes the weekly reports reflect that with strange characters.

Automatically sync and logs relevant email communications into a CRM from a user's email host (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).

Create an org setting for default event times (15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes)

Please consider removing the pop-up window that shows as the cursor scrolls the list of accounts/appointments in the calendar. Instead, adjust the command so that it must be clicked on to open the window.

A way to set default range for historical call notes for one year instead of just the current.

User said a lot of CRMS has this functionality

Users would have an option to complete events in bulk.

Should not have to type account name (which is already assigned) in subject line of new event in order for it to show up on the calendar.

when creating an event we need to be able to add more than one facility so that we dont have to create a second event which will make it look like 2different events
