Steve would like to see more robust reporting on Payer Type, as their marketers are goals specifically on Medicare admit volume (vs just admits as a whole) and therefore much of the Reporting tab, Charts, and Goals aren't helpful for their KPIs. Client is aware of how to use referral views and the subset of graphics available in Dashboards in the meantime. Client has expressed in previous calls that they would be open to having further conversation about needs / scope, and so we can reach out to Jackie if/when we're ready to investigate this request further.
