Client needed to know more info on the duplicate checker results (when and how the records were created). The problem we’ve run in to is that the “Source” field is not visible by default within the duplicate checker itself. The only way to get it to populate consistently is to select it as a field to check duplicates on, which counters the purpose of what Aimee wanted to use the field for.
Is it possible to make the source field visible in the Duplicate Checker permanently? If not, can we export on the Duplicate checker pages, so that we get the Source field in an export (vs. the UI)?
