He advised that LOS analytics are "on the radar" more than ever before - lots of investing is happening to help companies identify the "Goldilocks Zone" of hospice stay length, and having multiple "slices" of LOS reporting at their fingertips would be an incredible boon.
Client is aware of the LOS metric in referral views, and can start manipulating the data manually in custom views; having universal reports would be preferred. This is the short list of reports he would like to see:
More definition on LOS YTD- do we calculate this off of anyone that's come in or out of census this year? That's a different number than LOS generally
Average LOS / Average LOS by [other time periods] dependent on the definition above ^^
