Calendar Integration

Events listed on the calendar would be integrated with the users calendar, so that those same events would populate on the users outlook/iCal/google calendar.

Secondarily, we've received one or two requests for that integration to be bi-directional where events in Outlook would also flow into the Spark calendar.
