Add # of HHA, HOS, FFS, or SNF patients next to name on map view

While on Market Spotlight in mobile looking at the map view, make it easy for the rep to see who has the most HHA, Hospice, FFS, or SNF patients (depending on the users default) in whatever map area they are looking at without having to click into the details on each provider referral source. This would make it quicker and easier to target the top providers near them without having to click into each one individually. Example below: have the patient number next to the name where the red star is
