Similar to the market spotlight Map but focused on users BoB Accounts. This would show ALL Accounts in a reps BoB. When they select the pin they should have an option for Details and Schedule Event.

Currently, the CRM map function only displays accounts that a sales representative has already scheduled on their calendar. The map helps with navigation and directions but does not provide visibility into other nearby healthcare facilities that may represent new business opportunities.
This feature would introduce a Facility Heat Map layer that pulls facility data from the MarketScape master database using facility address coordinates.
When a rep opens the map view, they would see:
Accounts already scheduled for visits (current functionality)
Ability to click the facility to view details or create a visit
This allows reps to quickly identify other high-value facilities within the same geographic cluster and plan additional visits while they are already in the area.
Example workflow:
Rep schedules visit to Good Samaritan Hospital
Opens CRM map
Map displays all nearby facilities within a defined radius
Rep identifies 3 nearby SNFs and 2 physician groups
Rep adds additional visits or drop-ins to maximize territory coverage
Why Is This Needed? What Business Problem Does It Solve?
Sales reps often travel significant distances across territories. Without visibility into nearby facilities, reps may miss opportunities that are physically close to where they already are.
This feature would:
Increase territory efficiency and route optimization
Increase account penetration in high-density markets
Help identify untapped facilities in the MarketScape database
Reduce wasted travel time
Improve strategic territory coverage
In short, it turns the CRM map into a territory intelligence tool instead of just a navigation tool.
Organizations using MarketScape data already have visibility into facility volumes and referral potential. Integrating this into the CRM map would allow reps to act on that intelligence in real time while in the field.

When on the home page of the app, there is a map that shows the calls you have planned. It would be nice if it also showed accounts near by as well.
