When attaching a patient to referral under the account, need to be able to search the crm and attach, not a free text box
"Patient" under new referral for an account is a free text box. It should be a selector search for patients in the database (or allow new patient to be added from here)
Additionally the field you're referring to on accounts is meant to help define the number of patients a facility sees per day to help. It is not meant to be where patients are linked to the account or contact. The actual associated orders and referrals appear in a list below the Historical Notes section for both accounts and contacts. Hope this helps!
We do already have this option for our "Orders" object with allows users to selects from a picklist option from previously created patients. I was able to replicate that this is working in your account so if you're still having issues, please submit a ticket to our support team at support@trellahealth.com!

Also, needs to be a function under "Orders" as well. Currently, the field for patient is "number", not text and not a picklist... That makes no sense
