Update full list of observances to include all holidays

We have the place to mark the religion of a specific contact, but not all major religious holidays are outlined in the "Observances" calendar. It would be beneficial to add things like Kwanza, Chinese New Year, Ramadan, etc to alert the sales reps to be mindful of those contacts. Most calendars include those major holidays.
