CRM>Implement Field Locking for Enhanced Data Integrity Merged

We propose the implementation of field locking for certain critical fields in Accounts, ensuring data integrity and preventing unintentional edits. Additionally, we aim to extend this feature to Contacts, specifically focusing on those originating from HCHB to maintain consistency and reliability in the information.

Key Features:

    • Specify critical fields in Accounts that should be locked for editing.

Lock down account profile updates

Within the CRM tool itself, lock the ability to change account name to Trella Health team members only. The updates would then need to be made in the Admin Console versus within the CRM.
