Please add the ability to filter by Role and Business Line when searching for users to add to a Goal.

It would be easier to select a group of users that needs to be assigned to a goal if there was a way to filter on the "add user" page when creating Goals so large organizations do not have to go page by page to find users with a particular business line or role to be attached to the goal in bulk.
