Reports > Add ability for search, select all/deselect, reset to default in the dynamic field report

It would be nice to have the following:

1. Search field

   1. useful when there are lots of fields available and you need a specific field to include in the report.

2. Select and Deselect all

   1. very useful if the user needs all the data, he/she down not need to manually check

3. Reset to default

   1. useful when you wanna go back to the default report
