Please alphabetize Secondary Speciality.

Why are Primary and Secondary Specialtiy lists so very different. I have found Primary specialties only available on the Secondary list...

Please add some sort of vascular specialty. I don't think we will ever have an accoutn with secondary specialty of Addiction Psychiatry or Child & Adolecent Psychiatry, or Histology. Can these lists ne cleaned up? alphabetizing will be very helpful at the very least.
