View search selection hold for bulk updating ownership

On a view, add a way to search for an account under the All Accounts View and check the box, then search for another account and a third etc. before selecting “bulk action-assign owner”. Make it where each box you checked under different search criteria holds their selection before needing to select “bulk action-assign owner”.
