one click option to make a contact an account

Setting up the crm we are going to market spotlight and adding physicians as contacts through assigning ownership. But to get the full functionality they all must be tied to an account. The suggestion was to add the physician as a "clinic" which is fine but I would have to hand key all the information, name, phone, and address at the very least. If we could make it an option to add this contact as an account or add the mapping feature in the mobile crm to pull address of contacts. That is the only place I have seen where you have to have an account.
