Leads - Track discussions, contacts, length to convert, etc.

Require extra fields similar to Events to monitor lead activity. These should include user, time, event type, account (linked to the lead), related contacts, and call/visit notes. This information is essential to assess the number of touchpoints needed for conversion to admission.
