Add admissions and conversion rate goal types to CRM Goals

Allow admins to set goals for admissions and for conversion rate (referral to admission) in the CRM Goals feature. Right now, only referral goals and event goals can be set. Conversion rate can only be viewed in a separate report and cannot be tied to a goal. It would help to set conversion rate targets per rep or team and track progress against them the same way as other goals.
