It would be helpful to have the ability in the CRM to easily run a report that identifies top accounts by highest number of referrals and highest number of admits. Ideally this report is fluid so customer can regularly identify top accounts on which to focus marketing efforts. Even better if we could create a way to flag these top accounts so that they stand out for marketers to easily identify and make this feature real time and fluid as accounts and referrals are recorded.
Can the report be sorted by orders from the current quarter? Also the report is showing all accounts. Can we modify the report to only show the accounts with orders greater than zero during the time period?
Hey everyone! Great news we have a report like this in CRM! Two versions for you all to look at: Detailed Account Productivity Report or Detailed Contacts Productivity Report.
Both of these reports are new as of May 2023 and show a reps specific effort for an account or contact by showing total events, referrals, and admits all in one place. The report can be saved and scheduled as well as sorted based on your preference!
