Create easy way to submit support ticket on CRM Web and Mobile

It is very easy to find the information on where to submit a support ticket in Insights, but in the CRM - particularly on the desktop version, it is confusing as to how to do this. The live chat is obvious but what if I just want to submit a ticket. The steps to do this are long and many. If I am a customer having difficulty I want an easy way to ask for help - and not always live chat.
