Remove limitation to Characters for Work Phone number field when creating new contact in CRM

The format for the phone number in creating contact in CRM is only 10 Characters, and it cuts off the 2 digit of the phone number when copy and pasted .with the Country code.

When choosing 2 contacts under an account for an event it shouod count as two seperate events.

It saves time entering when you talk to multiple contacts but you need so many calls per week

"Last Activity On" option when Creating a View (Similar to "Last Modified On")

An option to add a "Last Activity On" when creating a view for Events, Calls and Emails (each a different option to add). Options would be: 1. Last Event On 2. Last Call On 3. Last Email On Event being the most important.
