It would be beneficial to see an audit trail of an individual account, contact, or referral where the ownership was requested, approved/denied, or changed and all users involved.
We would like these collapsed to allow for easier navigation to lower portion of the screen that contains headings such as Contacts, Monthly Events, Referrals, etc.
Sales uses the mobile app when in the field to enter contact information. It would be a time saver to be able to add the contacts date of birth from the mobile app so the client can run reports on DOB for contacts.
