Phone extension option

Need an option to add extension information. Current phone data does not allow enough characters to keep extension on same line as phone number. Either more characters on phone line entry or a new entry bix to add extension please.

Business card - scanner improvements

The scanner ends up having more errors which causes more editing for a rep which does not = time savings.

user is more familiar in using Doctor's last name and would be more convenient if there is an option to arrange the contacts list using doctor's last name.
