Provides insight into Specific codes/ insurance/ if it was billed? Not sure if the integration picks this up? and referring or primary provider.

events to be grouped by rep with total count of events and actual completed time. This will allow managers to pull daily reports to see who planned their day prior to the day in an organized manor. by specific dates, unlike advance ae summary report

On the daily visit report we do not have the ability to see what the "subject" of the call is, when the even was actually completed, and event purpose and expected outcome.

Include Additional Filter to Inactivity Report

On the Inactivity Report the CONTACTS AND ACCOUNTS section we need to add an option to include or exclude Parent Companies. Parent Companies are not included currently in this report.

Marketing Calls to an Account in a Date Range

We'd like a report that shows how many times an Account has been marketed to, in a date range. Under Calendar Events > Printable View > give an Excel spreadsheet option? That would also help.

have we considered breaking out or grouping together, reports that sales managers should use daily, weekly, monthly? this will help with setting a regular cadence & won't be so overwhelming

When analyzing visit frequency it would be nice to highlight accounts that calls out accounts that have not been visited in the visit frequency defined. IE if I define weekly visit frequency and I have not visited the account in a month it is high...
