The customer finds it more convenient to search for accounts using the address, especially when multiple accounts share the same name. They can effectively pinpoint the correct account by identifying the address.

is there a way that the platform will automatically enter the address when we add a new contact to a facility?

In the CRM today, you can set rules around the CRM automatically updating a contact's rating based on referrals. This would be great to have for accounts as well.

Is there a way we can merge accounts that are the same?

I do not like to enter a referral source's contact info in twice. I would like to be able to sync the CRM with my phone address book.

All CRM roles should not be able to merge Accounts and Contacts except for Administrators.

The format for the phone number in creating contact in CRM is only 10 Characters, and it cuts off the 2 digit of the phone number when copy and pasted .with the Country code.
