Develop a management report that shows dates of CRM access, not just the last login date and # of logins. This would ideally be located in the Productivity section of management reporting.

customers would like the ability to select multiple fields in reports. for example, the daily visit report...adding the ability to select 2 or more event types. this helps cut down on number of scheduled reports & the need to use excel to pivot

Future consideration
Include in Stats Admission calculation those referrals and orders with a date entered outside of the criteria window. Have these represented not just in the numbers as they are today, but also in the drilldown admission data.

Will not implement
we have a report (AE Advanced Summary Report) that shows calls WTD, but a quick call summary count by day would helpful to get a quick snapshot of a liaison's week. example: Mary completed 30 calls this week - Monday: 3 calls, Tuesday: 5 calls, etc.

On Roadmap
On the Inactivity Report the CONTACTS AND ACCOUNTS section we need to add an option to include or exclude Parent Companies. Parent Companies are not included currently in this report.
