Show history of coordination notes for patient in CRM, not just the most recent
Customer requested this on a call. Currently they only get most recent coordination note, but C-suite want their reps to have access to full history becaues "that's how they had it in Salesforce"

currently, in CRM, the map functionality gives top Physicians by Hospice patients overall. however, the more helpful metric may be to ADD hospice patients last claimed.

if a customer creates an object selection for inactive contact (or retired or transferred), once this box is checked, this contact should not be able to be seen on web or mobile when trying to create an event.

when tracking mileage in the expenses tab. It would be nice if you could add google maps for more accurate mileage ad also if it would auto calculate the mileage rate instead of having to manually having to do it.

A report function to retrieve account hierarchies. Parent accounts down to subordinate accounts. This is already being generated in the Account details section of the parent account.

When activity completed, have auto pop-up to schedule follow-up
A client had a great recommendation to help with work flow. He would like for there to be an automatic pop up when an activity is completed to schedule a follow up to that activity.
