Call Notes Enhancement - Provide a way to lock down the call notes to just a pick list that cannot be edited. Also include the ability to multi-select from the pick lists options.

Give the ability for admins to lock down call notes so users cannot modify picklist text. In addition, it would be helpful to enable multi-select behavior so users can indicate multiple discussion topics within a single visit.
