When creating a custom field, we have the option to use check boxes to allow our teams to select multiple options. When it's presented on web and mobile, it would be easier to read if it appeared as a bulleted list.

Add a role permission type that includes required approval to REMOVE ownership from an individuals book of business. This would match the logic for required approval to REQUEST ownership.

Create ability to assign multiple branches more easily and across the board versus individually

Move Conversation Starters and Market spotlight to the first items on the list versus the last 2 on the screen wipe
