This would be useful to explain high level and high impact fields and/or terms within the CRM. It can provide clarity and support proper use of the CRM for all users.
When creating a custom field, we have the option to use check boxes to allow our teams to select multiple options. When it's presented on web and mobile, it would be easier to read if it appeared as a bulleted list.
Add a role permission type that includes required approval to REMOVE ownership from an individuals book of business. This would match the logic for required approval to REQUEST ownership.
