Coaching - Notification for Managers when a Sales Rep has submitted a session draft
It would be helpful for managers to receive a notification once a sales rep has submitted their portion of the coaching form as a draft so the manager knows when they are good to submit a session as complete.

Users can use the data from the CRM without the need to export and use pivot charts. It would be helpful to have a graph they can share with others in the organization.

customers would like the ability to select multiple fields in reports. for example, the daily visit report...adding the ability to select 2 or more event types. this helps cut down on number of scheduled reports & the need to use excel to pivot

A lot of ppl still hand write notes in meetings bc ppl think it's rude when they are on their phone. Then the rep has to copy that over into CRM, duplicate work. Can we have a note scanner or even attach a photo of the notes?

Team members in the field who rely on clinical documentation for referral source updates would benefit greatly as this data is part of their intake process and update process.

ability to upload a document to the account or contact record. Or: facility contracts/agreements or physician standard orders. To be able to view in the field. Also show date file created/uploaded
