A lot of ppl still hand write notes in meetings bc ppl think it's rude when they are on their phone. Then the rep has to copy that over into CRM, duplicate work. Can we have a note scanner or even attach a photo of the notes?

Certain Event Types to have different requirements. For example - OOO doesn't need to have call/visit notes be required.

Team members in the field who rely on clinical documentation for referral source updates would benefit greatly as this data is part of their intake process and update process.
