The current system defaults to the current month, the system should allow you to view the most recent call notes for last 30 or 60 days.

WHEN YOU GO AWAY FROM CRM IN THE MIDDLE OF MAKING A NEW ACCOUNT, CONTACT, EVENT, AND IT TIMES OUT, EVERYTHING IS LOST.

All CRM roles should not be able to merge Accounts and Contacts except for Administrators.
