Customers want the ability to customize what is in the Account/Contact Rating field.
PINNED Ability to associate contacts to multiple accounts!
It's very common that contacts that I meet with on a regular basis work at more than one account within my CRM.

Need the ownership of an account when updated to propagate to all associated contacts.

When a new user comes in and they're assigned ownership of an account, it would be helpful if all the associated contacts for the account were also assigned to the new account owner.

Remove limitation to Characters for Work Phone number field when creating new contact in CRM

The format for the phone number in creating contact in CRM is only 10 Characters, and it cuts off the 2 digit of the phone number when copy and pasted .with the Country code.

Ability to arrange Contacts by their last name in Mobile

To follow up with an account once you met with them to prompt you further action is needed.

After visiting with an account when you document in your event notes and it may need further follow up. It would be nice when you reschedule for follow up that that account is flagged that something is missing until you completed the additional task.

Additional Notes formatting

when I type info in the additional notes section and format them with line breaks, when I save the record, the formatting is lost. Paragraphs and unordered/ordered lists would be amazing
