Custom Fields - Update Presentation of List View

When creating a custom field, we have the option to use check boxes to allow our teams to select multiple options. When it's presented on web and mobile, it would be easier to read if it appeared as a bulleted list.

Field to Update the "Has subordinates" for Custom Roles

Be able to change the Has subordinates YES or NO field in Custom Roles. This should be in sync to reflect the capability of user assignments same as the other default roles.

Manage Users Being Locked Out

Right now there is no way for another user within the customer to unlock a fellow user if they get locked out. A Support ticket has to be created and there is a time lapse.
