Ability to set the global default reminder time when creating new events.

Add notification for incomplete calendar events

This would help users remember the events they need to complete each week so they are not forgotten. It would also act as a reminder to reschedule or remove any of the events that did not occur that week.

add action to task

When you are out visiting your facility and have a action step. I add that to do item to my tasks. It would be helpful if there was an action step once you worked on that task and complete it.

Add a a multi-select option on the associated contacts when creating an event so users can select multiple contacts at one time

Right now you have to select one contact at a time and click back in to search for another contact to add which can be time-consuming for the users.

customize goal filters

customers are looking to customize additional goal filters based on other criteria. for example, given the integration, a customer may want to choose a field they are getting from the EHR to filter by.
