It's very common that contacts that I meet with on a regular basis work at more than one account within my CRM.

Email Marking Integration
Assist with Marketing Campaigns. Ideally this feature would allow for agencies to integrate with their marketing platforms. During evaluation it was thought this would be a partner rather than build.
As a sales rep, I want to be notified if there is a significant change in data for sources (quarterly) or other data points that may be critical to my interactions with referral sources.

Coaching Forms/ Leaderboards/ Benchmarking Think of this as more for managers. Should be things like ride along forms, leaderboards, and benchmarking for their reps.
Steve would like to see more robust reporting on Payer Type, as their marketers are goals specifically on Medicare admit volume (vs just admits as a whole) and therefore much of the Reporting tab, Charts, and Goals aren't helpful for their KPIs. C...
During our chat earlier, you had inquired if there was a report or configurable dashboard panel that allows users to see a day-to-day census comparison over a period of time (such as a week). We presently do not have this ability available in Play...
