Connect targets to Marketscape

When a physician shows as targeted on the detail page, it would be nice if that status was reflected in Marketscape too.

I wanted to be able to add notes anywhere in the platform aside from activities so that I can take note any important details easily when needed. I don't see neither the option for pipeline nor notes.
