A lot of ppl still hand write notes in meetings bc ppl think it's rude when they are on their phone. Then the rep has to copy that over into CRM, duplicate work. Can we have a note scanner or even attach a photo of the notes?

Whenever a customer wishes to create an event, they can choose to make certain fields mandatory, ensuring the necessary information is provided when creating the event.
if a customer creates an object selection for inactive contact (or retired or transferred), once this box is checked, this contact should not be able to be seen on web or mobile when trying to create an event.
When activity completed, have auto pop-up to schedule follow-up
A client had a great recommendation to help with work flow. He would like for there to be an automatic pop up when an activity is completed to schedule a follow up to that activity.
