To follow up with an account once you met with them to prompt you further action is needed.

After visiting with an account when you document in your event notes and it may need further follow up. It would be nice when you reschedule for follow up that that account is flagged that something is missing until you completed the additional task.

Ability to Create Folders to Organize Views in CRM

Will provide more ability to organize long lists of Views that are created by end use, or other categorial measure for a cleaner look and easier way to find the list needed at a given time.

add action to task

When you are out visiting your facility and have a action step. I add that to do item to my tasks. It would be helpful if there was an action step once you worked on that task and complete it.

Need the ownership of an account when updated to propagate to all associated contacts.

When a new user comes in and they're assigned ownership of an account, it would be helpful if all the associated contacts for the account were also assigned to the new account owner.
