Phone extension option

Need an option to add extension information. Current phone data does not allow enough characters to keep extension on same line as phone number. Either more characters on phone line entry or a new entry bix to add extension please.

Ability to Create Folders to Organize Views in CRM

Will provide more ability to organize long lists of Views that are created by end use, or other categorial measure for a cleaner look and easier way to find the list needed at a given time.

To follow up with an account once you met with them to prompt you further action is needed.

After visiting with an account when you document in your event notes and it may need further follow up. It would be nice when you reschedule for follow up that that account is flagged that something is missing until you completed the additional task.
