Assist with Marketing Campaigns. Ideally this feature would allow for agencies to integrate with their marketing platforms. During evaluation it was thought this would be a partner rather than build.
If the sales team could connect to Home Care home base from their CRM that would be life changing. We need to be able to see if a patient is current or has ever been current on our services.
we have a report (AE Advanced Summary Report) that shows calls WTD, but a quick call summary count by day would helpful to get a quick snapshot of a liaison's week. example: Mary completed 30 calls this week - Monday: 3 calls, Tuesday: 5 calls, etc.

Remove limitation to Characters for Work Phone number field when creating new contact in CRM
The format for the phone number in creating contact in CRM is only 10 Characters, and it cuts off the 2 digit of the phone number when copy and pasted .with the Country code.
This would be useful to explain high level and high impact fields and/or terms within the CRM. It can provide clarity and support proper use of the CRM for all users.
