When reps complete activities on their phone, the event type defaults to other if they have to make a change in the schedule.

Audit Trail of Ownership Changes/Requests

It would be beneficial to see an audit trail of an individual account, contact, or referral where the ownership was requested, approved/denied, or changed and all users involved.

add action to task

When you are out visiting your facility and have a action step. I add that to do item to my tasks. It would be helpful if there was an action step once you worked on that task and complete it.

Report>Calls Per Day

we have a report (AE Advanced Summary Report) that shows calls WTD, but a quick call summary count by day would helpful to get a quick snapshot of a liaison's week. example: Mary completed 30 calls this week - Monday: 3 calls, Tuesday: 5 calls, etc.
