If the sales team could connect to Home Care home base from their CRM that would be life changing. We need to be able to see if a patient is current or has ever been current on our services.

On the Inactivity Report the CONTACTS AND ACCOUNTS section we need to add an option to include or exclude Parent Companies. Parent Companies are not included currently in this report.
This would be useful to explain high level and high impact fields and/or terms within the CRM. It can provide clarity and support proper use of the CRM for all users.
