PINNED Interactive Map with Account Pins by Address
Similar to the market spotlight Map but focused on users BoB Accounts. This would show ALL Accounts in a reps BoB. When they select the pin they should have an option for Details and Schedule Event.
PINNED Ability to associate contacts to multiple accounts!
It's very common that contacts that I meet with on a regular basis work at more than one account within my CRM.

Reduce the space of the Agency Overview

Remove or improve the Support button so that it does not interfere with the page.

Remove the support button on the lower right side of the page of every Trella Health app as it covers some important details on the page. This can be placed on the upper right side of the page with a collapsable small icon.

Manage Users Being Locked Out

Right now there is no way for another user within the customer to unlock a fellow user if they get locked out. A Support ticket has to be created and there is a time lapse.

Collapse Audit Details in Screens

When activity completed, have auto pop-up to schedule follow-up
