Interactive Map with Account Pins by Address
Similar to the market spotlight Map but focused on users BoB Accounts. This would show ALL Accounts in a reps BoB. When they select the pin they should have an option for Details and Schedule Event.
When creating a custom field, we have the option to use check boxes to allow our teams to select multiple options. When it's presented on web and mobile, it would be easier to read if it appeared as a bulleted list.

It would be beneficial to see an audit trail of an individual account, contact, or referral where the ownership was requested, approved/denied, or changed and all users involved.
Non functioning system Work for sales rep whiches who utilizes
This is supposed to be a tool to make sales reps successful and it is not able to be utilized in the field. You have to go home after a 9 or 10 hour day and log in on a computer to put in a ticket to add somebody new pointless.
on MOBILE APP, when under an account - it would be helpful when creating a Contact that it automatically associates to the Account you were in when you chose contact (and add)
