Ability to edit an already scheduled event to be reoccurring
All reps would benefit from having the option to make the already scheduled event reoccurring by clicking Edit on the event and selecting Reoccurrence Type.
Mirror the ability to call a contact with being able to email a contact from within the appl itself, while simultaneously logging the email as an activity with the content.
Add the ability for public views to be locked by admins so they cannot be deleted by other users
Public views can be deleted by end users, which results in the view being removed for all other users who need to access it. It would be helpful if there were a way for an admin to lock a view so it could not be deleted by users.
It would be helpful to have an audit trail to see who has deleted a public view in CRM. When views go missing, there is no way to identify who deleted the view.
Can you add a "task " or To do reminder list? For example, I may want to put a reminder to order a lunch on Monday for Thurs but it's not really an event.
On the Overview Page Top 10 for a rep, can we add a column that highlights the top 10 accounts from a users Personal Growth Plan?
It would be helpful to see accounts that not only have a high number of referrals coming in, but are actual targets for the users each month based on their Personal Growth Plan (PGP).
for visit frequency - if you select the freq from the dropdown, it should create an event for you using that contact
users expect that when you add a visit frequency, for the system to automatically create an event with the contact or account that you add the visit frequency too
