Similar to the market spotlight Map but focused on users BoB Accounts. This would show ALL Accounts in a reps BoB. When they select the pin they should have an option for Details and Schedule Event.

Add visuals/graphs to CRM Reports

Users can use the data from the CRM without the need to export and use pivot charts. It would be helpful to have a graph they can share with others in the organization.

Have option to duplicate time when duplicating events

When you duplicate an event, it gives the option to select what elements you want duplicated. It would be nice to have the option to select the time.

Events - Note scanner

A lot of ppl still hand write notes in meetings bc ppl think it's rude when they are on their phone. Then the rep has to copy that over into CRM, duplicate work. Can we have a note scanner or even attach a photo of the notes?

To follow up with an account once you met with them to prompt you further action is needed.

After visiting with an account when you document in your event notes and it may need further follow up. It would be nice when you reschedule for follow up that that account is flagged that something is missing until you completed the additional task.
