PINNED Marketing Automation - Email Marking Integration
Assist with Marketing Campaigns. Ideally this feature would allow for agencies to integrate with their marketing platforms. During evaluation it was thought this would be a partner rather than build.
PINNED Interactive Map with Account Pins by Address
Similar to the market spotlight Map but focused on users BoB Accounts. This would show ALL Accounts in a reps BoB. When they select the pin they should have an option for Details and Schedule Event.

Add a Supervisor filter to the Approve Owner Change Reports

It would be helpful if admins could filter by the supervisor on the approve owner change reports to understand who has outstanding action items.

Add notification for incomplete calendar events

This would help users remember the events they need to complete each week so they are not forgotten. It would also act as a reminder to reschedule or remove any of the events that did not occur that week.

Phone extension option

Need an option to add extension information. Current phone data does not allow enough characters to keep extension on same line as phone number. Either more characters on phone line entry or a new entry bix to add extension please.

Change the format of the Event Close Rate Ratio from : ratio to match the Conversion Ratio % and be a %

Add a a multi-select option on the associated contacts when creating an event so users can select multiple contacts at one time

Right now you have to select one contact at a time and click back in to search for another contact to add which can be time-consuming for the users.

customers are looking to customize additional goal filters based on other criteria. for example, given the integration, a customer may want to choose a field they are getting from the EHR to filter by.

Users can use the data from the CRM without the need to export and use pivot charts. It would be helpful to have a graph they can share with others in the organization.

Ability to Create Folders to Organize Views in CRM

Will provide more ability to organize long lists of Views that are created by end use, or other categorial measure for a cleaner look and easier way to find the list needed at a given time.
