When creating a custom field, we have the option to use check boxes to allow our teams to select multiple options. When it's presented on web and mobile, it would be easier to read if it appeared as a bulleted list.
A report function to retrieve account hierarchies. Parent accounts down to subordinate accounts. This is already being generated in the Account details section of the parent account.

Non functioning system Work for sales rep whiches who utilizes
This is supposed to be a tool to make sales reps successful and it is not able to be utilized in the field. You have to go home after a 9 or 10 hour day and log in on a computer to put in a ticket to add somebody new pointless.
Example: Run Rate: (# admits / the currently completed working days) x total working days
Ex: August has 22 working days and a rep has 14 admits with a goal of 33.
14 admits / 16 completed days (Friday's math)
14/16 = .875
.875 x 22 (#working ...
Event Purpose Filter: A goal filter is needed to see which quick notes are used. Account Chooser Filter: Would like this so they can create goals around a medical group to track number of visits.
