Add ability to transfer recurring events

when accounts are re-assigned from one rep to another, for example, the events should also be re-assigned

adding a feature for a Manager/Admin to mass update Record Field for Accounts.

This will help an Admin or a Manager to mass update the accounts record field to save time for their rep and ensure that all fields are corrected in bulk.

seperate events by rep DVR

events to be grouped by rep with total count of events and actual completed time. This will allow managers to pull daily reports to see who planned their day prior to the day in an organized manor. by specific dates, unlike advance ae summary report

On the daily visit report we do not have the ability to see what the "subject" of the call is, when the even was actually completed, and event purpose and expected outcome.

Update full list of observances to include all holidays

We have the place to mark the religion of a specific contact, but not all major religious holidays are outlined in the "Observances" calendar. It would be beneficial to add things like Kwanza, Chinese New Year, Ramadan, etc to alert the sales reps...

Include definition and a sample on columns for Data Import on CRM Admin module

It would be easier to understand the parameters and sample entry of the data in the CSV template that we can relay to customers.
